Scope of services
Beautyandhealthco provides analytics, modelling and management reporting services to operating companies. Typical deliverables are a monthly reporting pack, a rolling cash view, a driver-based forecast model, a metric definitions register, and a diagnostic review of an existing close. Work is performed from Singapore during Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT, excluding public holidays, unless the statement of work names other hours.
Outside every engagement unless a statement of work expressly adds them: bookkeeping and ledger posting; statutory audit; tax filing; tax, investment or legal advice; licensed financial advisory; regulated fund management; insurance underwriting; personal wealth management. Forecasts are scenarios built on stated assumptions. They are not predictions. We do not warrant an operating outcome, a collection rate, or a margin.
Engagement by written statement of work
An enquiry, a briefing call or a proposal does not create an engagement. Work starts when both sides have signed a statement of work that names the deliverables, the calendar, the fee, the data access required, and the client decision-maker who will sign metric definitions. Changes to that document are written. Verbal instructions to add a page, a legal entity or a system are not scope until they are written and priced.
Diagnostic reviews, reporting builds, forecast models and monthly retainers are separate formats. A retainer does not begin until the build (or an agreed subset) has been accepted. Parallel run periods are part of a build. They are not an optional extra the client can skip while still treating the pack as live.
Fees and invoicing
Fees are fixed for the signed scope and quoted in Singapore dollars. Indicative bands on the capabilities page are for conversation only. They are not a quote. Invoices are issued according to the statement of work, typically a commencement invoice and a completion invoice for a build, and monthly in arrears for a retainer. Payment terms are fourteen days unless the statement of work states otherwise. Overdue invoices pause the close calendar until cleared. Pause time does not convert into a fee reduction.
Work outside the signed scope is quoted before it starts. If the client asks that work to begin without a written quote, Beautyandhealthco may decline. Fees do not vary with the client’s operating results and are not linked to bonuses. Taxes, if applicable, are stated on the invoice. Company registry numbers are not listed on this website.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for the accuracy of source data and for providing the access named in the statement of work on the agreed refresh times. If a file is late, incomplete or internally inconsistent, freeze and issue dates move, or the pack is issued with a documented exception. Beautyandhealthco is not obliged to invent postings or to guess a mapping in order to hold T+4.
The client must appoint one decision-maker who can sign metric definitions and cut-off rules. Committees may review. Sign-off still requires that role. If definitions remain unsigned, build pauses. Time spent waiting is not a defect in performance. The client remains responsible for statutory filings, tax, audit and any licensed advice it obtains from other firms.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential the other party’s non-public business information obtained in the engagement, including ledger extracts, models and unpublished packs. Disclosure is allowed to personnel and professional advisers who need the information to perform or review the work, and where law requires disclosure. An NDA may be signed before a briefing. Website enquiry contents are handled under the privacy notice.
Beautyandhealthco will not publish the client’s name, testimonials, or operating metrics. Illustrative engagement patterns on the public site are labelled as such and do not identify a client.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the client receives a licence to use the pack templates, maps, registers and models produced for that engagement in its own business. Beautyandhealthco retains ownership of generic methods, framework language, blank templates and tools that were not unique to the client’s data. The client retains ownership of its source data. If a model includes third-party software the client already licenses, that software remains on the client’s licence.
Until invoices are paid, Beautyandhealthco may withhold further issues of the pack and may decline to hand over working files. Withholding is a payment control. It does not transfer the client’s own data, which the client already holds in its systems.
Limitation of liability and no advisory relationship
Beautyandhealthco’s aggregate liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid under the relevant statement of work in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost opportunity, or indirect loss. We are not liable for decisions the client takes after reading a pack, a cash view or a scenario. Those documents are reporting and modelling artefacts. They are not instructions to transact, to hire, to price, or to raise capital.
Nothing on this website or in a pack is investment advice, tax advice or legal advice. Beautyandhealthco is not a licensed financial adviser. If a pack contains an error that a reasonable review against the signed sources would have caught, our remedy is to correct the pack and to reissue. That remedy is the exclusive remedy for a reporting error, except where Singapore law does not allow a limitation.
